Your island escape begins here!  A Papaya Pineapple body scrub will gently and effectively smooth and refine the skin.  Next, your skin will be replenished with a hydrating coconut milk followed by a luxurious massage using a moisture rich Kukui Nut lotion.  The best way to soften the skin and relax the body and mind. The new 75-minute version of this ritual adds additional massage for the surest way to FLOAT…

BODY BRIGHTENING
A body treatment dedicated to fighting free radicals and signs of aging. This luxurious salt scrub will gently yet effectively slough away dead skin cells, encouraging the regeneration of new cells, leaving a smooth and responsive canvas. The beautifully scented nourishing body oil and lotion will leave the skin soft, smooth and noticeably brighter. The result is smooth, fresh, radiant skin.

HOW TO SPA
FLOAT Mandalay Beach is located within the Zachari Dunes by Hilton Curio Resort.  Guests of the spa are invited to use the extensive amenities of the beautiful resort.  Feel free to come early or stay to FLOAT by the pool, walk along Mandalay Beach, enjoy cocktails or a yummy meal at Ox & Ocean…  this is your time to FLOAT, so make the most of it! 

Please allow ample time for parking (complimentary self-parking or valet parking are available) and making your way through the resort to the spa location.

For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are well-trained in correct draping procedures for your privacy and comfort.

The spa is a tranquil and calm environment; please respect other guests by speaking in a soft voice throughout the spa. We request that all cell phones be turned off while visiting Float. 

This is your time, and should be enjoyed to the fullest.  Whether it is the massage pressure, room temperature or volume of the music, please notify your therapist of any preferences you may have.

SPA GUIDELINES
-Please notify the spa concierge if you have any allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant.
-We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your treatment. 
-Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
-Standard gratuity of 20% will be added to your services.  If you would like to adjust this, please let us know 

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number is required at the time you book your spa services. Cancellations must occur 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be fully charged. 72-hour notice is required from groups of 6 or more.                         

PRIVACY POLICY

At FLOAT Luxury Spa, we value and respect your privacy. We do not sell or otherwise share client information with other people or companies unless to provide services to you at your request, or as required by law. Your information is used solely for internal purposes such as registration, shipping information and informing you of promotions, special spa events and information about FLOAT Luxury Spa.

FLOAT Luxury Spa will only collect information about you that is provided to us voluntarily. If you do provide us with contact information, FLOAT Luxury Spa may use that information to send you periodic updates on special spa events, new products and promotions.
